Product Design Lead

Grip Security is looking for a talented and experienced Product Design Lead to join our design team.

As a Product Design Lead at Grip, you will have the opportunity to significantly impact on our product’s success.

Your primary responsibility will be to design user flows, wireframes, and graphics that bring new ideas and features to life. Additionally, you will be involved in user research and testing to ensure that the designs meet the needs of our users.  If you are passionate about creating innovative and user-friendly products and have a strong background in UX & graphic design, this is the place for you! 

The Job  

• Lead a full product design cycle from UX research and usability testing to creating a pixel-perfect UI and providing final handoff to development.  
• Collaborate with Product and R&D teams to design and deliver exceptional products with high-quality implementation and user experience.  
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools such as Figma.  
• Conduct user research and incorporate user feedback into the design process. 
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends and best practices.  
• Provide professional guidance and mentorship to another designer on the team, supporting her growth and development. 
• Improve and evolve the way we work together, and build a creative, collaborative, and inspiring design environment.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Designer. 
• Experience with B2B complex systems and SaaS products – a must. 
• Extensive experience in product design processes and best practices, that include UX research, UI design, product design development & design system. 
• High proficiency in Figma. 
• Ability to work well in a team environment. 
• Superb relationship with Dev teams. 
• Conceptual thinker with an ability to understand user behavior, simplicity, and usability. 
• A Passion for creative problem-solving with a “can do” positive attitude, making users love the product 
• Experience with user research and user testing. 
• Previous experience mentoring and professionally supporting other designers.
