R&D Mechanical Mechanisms Engineer

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic mechanical engineer, with a hands-on approach, to join our R&D team.

Responsibilites:

● Design and develop core products with the ability to create fast iteration, and rapid prototyping and lead to mass production.

● Lead the product development life cycle from concept to feasibility, risk analysis, prototyping, design, implementation and validation of components.

● Test prototypes and develop agile testing systems methodologies to ensure the highest standards of quality.

● Manage supplier relationships and collaborate with internal departments.

● Write and review R&D documentation including requirements, test protocols, analysis of test results and report generation for continuous learning and improvements.

● Lead engineering changes and continuously improve our product designs.

Requirements

● Brilliant mechanical engineer with at least 10+ years of experience in mechanical design.

● Experience in mechanism design for medical devices - advantage.

● Experience in DFM (Design for Manufacturing) - an advantage.

● Experience in robotics, motors, actuation units, rails, and complex moving systems.

● Experience with SolidWorks of at least 5 years.

● Experience with PLMs and ECOs.

● Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

● Team player, strong execution, communication & interpersonal skills.

● Logical and proactive approach to problem solving.

● Self-starter mentality and passionate for solving tough technical problems & strong mechanical intuition.
