Junior Software Engineer

We are seeking a talented and versatile Junior Full-Stack Developer, with a strong emphasis on backend development and a comprehensive understanding of frontend technologies, to join our innovative team. As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will play a pivotal role in architecting, developing, and optimizing both backend and frontend components of our platform. Your contributions will be crucial in creating scalable, efficient, and user-friendly solutions that enhance our product suite.

In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For

• Lead the end-to-end design of features, from the architectural phase through development to deployment in production.
• Develop scalable backend solutions using microservices architecture.
• Build distributed systems using modern frameworks, such as RabbitMQ and Kafka.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of system design and knowledge of system design patterns.
• Utilize your expertise in databases, including SQL and NoSQL technologies, to write efficient queries.
• Design and develop APIs to enable seamless communication between different components of the system.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and actively participate in code reviews.
• Lead by example, ensuring high standards of code quality and fostering a positive and proactive attitude within the team.
• Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work effectively.
  
  

About You

• A minimum of 1 year of backend development experience with a solid foundation in frontend technologies.
• Proficiency in microservices architecture and experience building distributed systems.
• Understanding of databases, including SQL and NoSQL.
• Expertise in frontend technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS; experience with frameworks like Vue.js is an advantage.
• Thorough knowledge of API design and development.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
• Proven experience leading by example, with a commitment to high standards of code quality.
• A passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of industry trends.
