Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced back-office and Data Manager to oversee our remote team, manage data processes, and collaborate with our technology department. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate and efficient data management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 5-10 remote employees, ensuring proper training and performance.
• Create and manage processes, write training documents, and oversee onboarding.
• Train employees to collect and analyze data on businesses.
• Implement data quality assurance processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Oversee data projects, including managing sub-projects like data updates.
• Ensure data management practices comply with relevant regulations and best practices.
• Collaborate with the technology department to manage our data and integrate automated tools and technologies.

Requirements:

• High proficiency in English and Hebrew.
• Strong management and leadership skills.
• Experience in creating training documents and conducting training sessions.
• Experience in project management and maintenance.
• High technical abilities, including running scripts and simplifying information for less technical employees.
• Experience in data management and collaborating with R&D departments.
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Docs for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

Advantages:

• Degree or qualification in data management, project management, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Operational Information Systems (OIS) and Content Management Systems (CMS), for data management processes.
• Experience with automation tools to streamline data collection and processing.
• Experience with Visual Studio Code.
