We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Solution Engineer to bridge the gap between our engineering teams and customers. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and business—translating complex technical needs into clear, impactful solutions that drive growth and customer success.
Key Responsibilities1. Pre-Sales & Solution Engineering
- Collaborate with Account Executives during the sales cycle to deliver tailored DevOps solutions and services.
- Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and technical presentations that align with customer goals.
- Translate client requirements into technical scopes and solution designs.
2. Client Engagement & Relationship Building
- Serve as the technical voice of the customer throughout the sales process.
- Understand business pain points and propose DevOps-driven solutions that solve real-world problems.
- Build trust through deep product and domain knowledge.
3. Proposal & Architecture Support
- Develop solution architectures, technical documentation, and statements of work.
- Support RFP/RFI responses, ensuring alignment with customer technical expectations.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to validate solution feasibility and implementation approaches.
4. Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with DevOps engineers to ensure a smooth hand-off from pre-sales to delivery.
- Provide feedback to service and engineering teams based on client insights and market trends.
- Help build and refine reusable assets: templates, decks, demo environments, and documentation.
Requirements
✔ 3+ years in a DevOps, Solutions Architect or similar technical pre-sales role
✔ Strong technical knowledge of DevOps tools and cloud platforms—especially AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, and cloud security
✔ Exceptional communication and presentation skills—able to simplify complex topics for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
✔ Customer-centric mindset with a passion for problem solving
✔ Experience in a startup, SaaS, or fast-paced B2B environment is a plus
✔ AWS certifications or DevOps-related certifications are a strong advantage
