Data Specialist

A leading HealthTech startup is looking for a Data Solution Consultant / Data Specialist

This role involves analysing system data, validating outputs, collaborating with customers, and expanding the system’s capabilities by integrating new health-related categories, data, and guidelines. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the platform delivers accurate, efficient, and compliant results.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & System Validation
• Analyse system data using queries, Excel, and reports to extract insights and ensure accuracy.
• Investigate system outputs to confirm compliance with medical guidelines, internal algorithms, and industry regulations.
• Monitor and maintain the integrity and validity of patient and provider data to ensure reliable outcomes.
• Solution Implementation & Customer Collaboration
• Work directly with healthcare providers, payers, and partners to validate system outputs, troubleshoot discrepancies, and implement tailored solutions.
• Provide guidance on how to optimize the use of our platform to enhance efficiency and patient care.
• Product & System Enhancement
• Collaborate with the Technical Project Manager, Product Manager, and R&D team to improve system performance and user experience.
• Contribute to product development by identifying gaps, proposing enhancements, and ensuring seamless functionality.
• System Expansion & Learning Enhancement
• Introduce new medical categories into the system by adding relevant clinical data, medical standards, and best-practice guidelines.
• Enhance the system’s learning to ensure more accurate decision-making and support for healthcare professionals.

Key Qualifications

• Experience in health tech, healthcare analytics, or medical informatics is highly preferred.
• Strong data analysis and system validation skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL (or similar query tools), and reporting tools.
• Background in healthcare guidelines, compliance, or clinical data management is a plus.
• Customer-facing experience in a consulting, implementation, or technical support role.
• Familiarity with AI/ML-driven health tech solutions is an advantage.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset.
