.NET Developer

A global public Fintech startup company, their platform is designed for businesses and enterprises, enabling them to expand globally working with clients and suppliers across borders, receiving payments in local currencies, and using the most convenient methods for them.

The core product is a Working Capital Management system that allows clients to manage customer and supplier accounts, and to execute international payments in multiple currencies simultaneously. The company’s customers include small and medium-sized businesses.

This is a meaningful product with real-world impact—one that supports growing economies, connects people, and empowers underserved populations. The platform currently serves 4 million users across 200 countries, supporting transactions in over 150 currencies.

The company employs more than 1,500 people worldwide, with 900 based in Israel. Their offices are located in central Israel, with a hybrid work model (3 days working from home).

The role is part of a team developing in C# and .NET, using technologies such as SQL, Microservices, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Redis, and Azure Cloud.

Requirements-

• 5 years in backend software engineering roles, with demonstrated ability to navigate technical trade-offs and ambiguity effectively.
• Proficiency in C#, Java, or similar object-oriented languages.
• Expertise in SQL and database management
• Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Experience in designing new functionality for existing complex components while maintaining scalability and performance.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• BA/BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience (e.g., military technology units like 8200)
