Account Manager

Description

• A dynamic role for an experienced and auto-didactic individual in Mobile Marketing
• You will be the POC for a portfolio of App Developers running Mobile User Acquisition campaigns with Zoomd
• Your role has 3 primary focuses

1. Communication of ongoing activities to clients
2. Upselling clients to increase scope of activities
3. Coordinating with Media Buying team to deliver on all client targets and KPI's

The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented with a drive to achieve goals and maintain a great customer experience. You will be able to suggest forward-thinking ideas to promote our brand and work closely with clients to understand their needs. This individual will have excellent communication abilities and negotiation skills. 

Responsibilities

• Work with key accounts to provide product solutions, develop new business, and to ensure satisfaction
• Serve as primary day-to-day liaison with assigned clients and maintain positive ongoing relationships
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while interfacing with different internal and external contact

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2 years' of proven success in client management
• In-Depth knowledge of mobile marketing ecosystem
• Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills

This is a full-time position in our HQ office at Herzliya, Israel.
