Recruitment and HR Coordinator

We are seeking a passionate Recruitment and HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of education in Israel. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead mass recruitment processes for kindergarten teachers and educational staff in both English- and Hebrew-speaking kindergartens 
• Develop and implement creative sourcing and recruitment strategies 
• Conduct in-depth interviews and professional screening processes 
• Support employee welfare and engagement initiatives 
• Design and implement employee retention and development programs 
• Lead cross-organizational HR projects 
• Collaborate with managers, candidates, employees, and external providers to ensure a seamless HR process 

Requirements: 

• Fluent English speaker (mandatory) 
• High-level Hebrew proficiency (both speaking and writing) (mandatory) 
• Minimum of two years of experience in recruitment 
• Strong leadership, communication, and persuasion skills 
• Ability to effectively assess and filter candidates 
• Proficient with digital tools and recruitment systems 
• Excellent time management skills and a systemic approach in a dynamic environment 
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels 
• Passion for early childhood education 
• Experience in employee welfare is an advantage
