We are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Associate (Temporary Position) to join our growing team and play a key role in scaling our organization. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing Ad-Tech company, where you will work closely with hiring managers and contribute to the company's expansion. In this role, you will be involved in various stages of the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and supporting talent sourcing and screening

Responsibilities:

• Assist in key stages of the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, maintaining clear and timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct phone screenings to assess candidates' suitability.
• Source potential candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals.
• Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Requirements:

• A recent B.A graduate in HR, Business, or related fields, with a passion for Talent Acquisition and a willingness to learn.
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent sourcing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
