Engineering Manager

iTest Israel delivers state-of-the-art IC testing services, including electrical testing, environmental stress testing, and failure analysis capabilities. Services that ensure the reliability and performance of customers’ semiconductor products. We are seeking an Engineering Manager to join our dynamic team and assume the responsibility of our new IC Testing site.

Responsibilities

·      Managing the establishment of the test site to ensure smooth site opening and operations.

·      Oversee day-to-day site operations, including resource allocation, scheduling, and coordination of on-site testing activities.

·      Manage budgets related to the testing site, including overseeing purchasing decisions for test equipment, tools, and resources.

·      Managing a team of employees in Israel and coordinating closely with the Test engineering team abroad.

·      Maintaining continuous communication with our customers to define price offers, gather requirements, and ensure schedules are met.

·      Oversee the Design and manufacturing of the Probe Card and load Board. Collaborate with global testing companies.

·      Continuously improve and optimize ATE methodologies to enhance test efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• B.Sc. degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of experience with IC test development environment
• Experienced with Advantest and other IC test equipment
• Multi-tasking self-learning skills
• Good communication skills with diverse teams and functional groups

·      Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate teams, driving performance and developing the skills of team members.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
