We are seeking a skilled and motivated Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team

The role involves negotiation, close collaboration with multiple stakeholders within the company, and the ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to details

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts
• Interacting and working with the company's departments (sales, purchasing, Human Resources, R&D, operations, and finance) on diverse legal issues
• Handling ongoing worldwide legal matters
• Providing other general corporate law advice as needed

Qualifications:

• Licensed attorney in Israel– MUST
• Experience in antitrust/competition law– MUST
• At least 8 years of legal experience (in-house legal advisory experience is an advantage)
• Experience in contract terms - procurement and service agreements, including international agreements
• Knowledge & Familiarity with food law and the field of privacy – an advantage
• Relevant experience working with multinational global companies
• English & Hebrew high level– MUST
