Payroll Accountant - Maternity Leave Replacement (6 months)

We are looking for an experienced payroll accountant to overview daily payroll operations in our company.

What will your job look like:

• Provide professional support to employees regarding salary, social benefits, and employment-related matters
• Perform monthly payroll calculations, including payments, deductions, and statutory contributions
• Responsible for processing payroll data, reviewing timesheets and attendance records
• Maintain ongoing communication with government authorities (Tax Authority, National Insurance Institute, etc.)
• Submit monthly reports to the relevant authorities and follow up on related issues
• Handle employee offboarding processes, including preparation of termination forms (e.g., Form 161)
• Monitor employee entitlements such as sick leave, vacation days, convalescence pay, and maternity
  
  

• Valid payroll accountant certification.
• At least two years םכ experience as a payroll accountant.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel – required.
• Knowledge of labor laws.
• High level of English – speaking, reading, writing, and typing – advantage.
• Knowledge of Hilan software – advantage
• Team player, well-mannered, and detail-oriented .
