Assistant Financial Controller

We’re looking for a highly motivated, team player with strong interpersonal skills, independence and problem-solving individual to join our finance team and take a significant role. The position will report to the company’s Finance Controller.

Responsibilities

• :Support in preparation of US GAAP consolidated financial statement
• sAssist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings
• .Ensure the Revenue Recognition policy and compliance with ASC 60
• 6Ongoing communication and cooperation with other departments to understand, design, and record appropriate financial results
• .Innovate and drive automation initiative
• sPrepare and analyze financial data and internal reports (especially SaaS data); monitor progress and changes, provide valuable insight
• sTake part in the company’s annual budget process and perform monthly actual vs. budget analysi
• sEnsure compliance with global tax regulations (VAT, US, and global tax, sales tax, transfer pricing etc.), including preparation of annual tax return
• sPerform controls over billing, collection, revenue recognition, expenses etc
• .Work closely with external auditors and advisors
• .Implementation of internal controls, financial policies, and procedure
• sAd hoc accounting and finance-related projects as needed

• lsCPA with a Big 4 firm experience – a mu
• st2.5+ years of experience (including internship
• ).Deep knowledge of US GA
• APAdvanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other formulas
