Assistant Financial Controller

We are seeking a high-caliber Assistant Controller to join our global Finance team in Israel. This is a pivotal role designed for a technical expert who thrives in a fast-paced, publicly traded environment and wants to take full ownership of complex international accounting operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of statutory financial statements under US GAAP and local GAAP, managing relationships with external auditors and tax advisors.
• Drive the monthly and quarterly closing processes for various international entities from start to finish.
• Support the bookkeeping function to maintain impeccable financial records and assist in the implementation of new systems and internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and global finance teams to provide actionable accounting insights.
  
  

• CPA with Big 4 experience is a must.
• In-depth knowledge of US GAAP and hands-on experience with SOX compliance/auditing.
• Proven track record auditing or working within publicly traded high-tech companies.
• Proficiency in Priority ERP is a significant advantage.
• Exceptional English (written and spoken) is required for global collaboration.
• High attention to detail with the ability to deliver under pressure in a dynamic, scaling organization.
