What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and manage the sales cycle from initial engagement to closing new business.
- Carry and exceed quarterly ARR quotas.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and tailor solutions based on their needs.
- Collaborate closely with Solution Engineering, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.
- Contribute to outbound prospecting efforts.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by creatively approaching challenges and sharing insights with the team.
- Take part in a collaborative and fast-paced sales organization where input and initiative are highly valued.
- This role is based in Israel and requires availability during US business hours to support customers across the US market.
- Willingness to travel in the US.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as an Account Executive in full-cycle B2B SaaS sales roles, with proven success selling to the US market.
- Experienced selling complex or enterprise-grade software solutions through a consultative approach, with the ability to build strong relationships and create rapport across multiple stakeholders in large organizations.
- Strong communication skills and an ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience selling products that integrate with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) – a strong plus.
- Interest in joining a growing sales organization, where you’ll have room to contribute to both business growth and team culture.
- Hybrid work model: 3 days a week in our Tel Aviv office and 2 days working remotely from your home office.
