Job Description:

🔹 Troubleshooting PC issues and providing technical support

🔹 Working with multimedia systems (Zoom, Poly)

🔹 Managing the VDI environment, including setting up AppVolumes and distributing version updates

Requirements:

✅ Previous experience in providing technical support and working with end-user devices – mandatory

✅ Experience or familiarity with SCCM/VDI/EPM

✅ Knowledge of PowerShell and script writing

✅ Willingness to handle physical troubleshooting at user locations
