Critical Requirements:

• Proven experience of 5+ years leading advanced digital products
• Ability to guide product development from concept to market
• Sharp analytical-business thinking with deep technological understanding
• Previous experience working in entrepreneurial environments or early-stage startups
• Leadership ability and decision-making under uncertainty

Significant Advantages:

• Experience or understanding in real estate/fintech
• Experience working with AI/ML technologies
• Background or familiarity with marketplace platforms

What You'll Do:

• Lead the end-to-end product development process from concept to market launch
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives
• Conduct thorough market research to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities
• Develop detailed user personas, user journeys, and feature requirements
• Prioritize features and create comprehensive product specifications
• Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure successful product implementation
• Design and oversee user testing and feedback collection
• Iterate product based on market feedback and performance metrics
• Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements
• Contribute to company strategy and business development efforts
