• Act as a key business partner to the Head of Manufacturing & Engineering, providing insights, strategic support, and execution capabilities.
• Lead and manage critical cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities, timelines, and budgets.
• Facilitate integration efforts for new initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and operational readiness.
• Develop and implement a structured PMO framework to improve governance, visibility, and execution of strategic programs.
• Optimize manufacturing and operational processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost reductions.
• Support data-driven decision-making by gathering insights, conducting analysis, and providing structured recommendations.
• Strengthen collaboration between Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
• Drive accountability across teams by tracking progress, identifying roadblocks, and implementing corrective actions where necessary.
• a key figure in making daily operational decisions and refining decision-making to the supervisory level when necessary.

We are currently recruiting for a Operation Manager at our Israel office.

The operation manager Lead to serve as a strategic business partner to the Head of Manufacturing & Engineering – EBD, driving integration, planning, and execution across global manufacturing and operations. This role will play a critical part in ensuring seamless project execution, optimizing processes, and supporting high-level decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in project management, manufacturing, and operations, ideally in a global or multi-site environment, strong business acumen and the ability to act as a trusted business partner to senior leadership.
