What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and innovative Talent Acquisition Partner to lead our recruiting efforts and be the first HR hire at our company. As a Talent Acquisition Partner in a young startup, you will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the founding team to help impact the company’s growth and success by shaping our recruitment strategy and being responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process. You will source top candidates, use innovative recruiting methods, and ensure the best candidate experience throughout the process.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage E2E hiring processes
• Source candidates using diverse online channels to attract the best potential talents
• Work with the founding team to identify recruitment needs, and shape the recruitment strategy
• Create job descriptions that reflect each position's requirements
• Reach out to potential candidates and conduct screening calls
• Create an outstanding candidate experience
• Think outside the box and be creative
• Think and act in a data-driven approach to identify bottlenecks and constantly improve our recruitment processes

About You

• At least 4 years of experience as a recruiter in a high-tech/ startup environment
• Experience recruiting for technical roles
• Experience with relevant sourcing techniques (especially LinkedIn Recruiter)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hebrew
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• High level of motivation, initiative, and professionalism
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience using Comeet - An advantage
