We're Hiring: Account Manager – Media Sales & Client Team Lead

We’re on the lookout for an experienced and motivated Account Manager to lead a dynamic team and drive impactful partnerships in the world of media and digital content.

Role Highlights:

• Lead and mentor a team of approximately four employees, including onboarding and ongoing training
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with top-tier clients
• Conduct complex negotiations with senior-level stakeholders
• Manage client acquisition and retention while meeting monthly sales goals
• Stay informed on industry trends and use insights to shape strategic deals

Requirements:

• Proven experience in media sales and client management – strong advantage
• In-depth knowledge of the media industry, branded content, and digital platforms
• At least one year of team management experience
• Proficiency in Google tools and advanced digital platforms, with trend awareness
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills, and a strategic, big-picture approach
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to learn independently
