📍 Location: Hod HaSharon | 🕒 Full-time

We're looking for a Retention & CRO Marketing Specialist who’s passionate about using data to drive smart, effective marketing. You’ll focus on boosting customer lifetime value, conversion rates, and average order value through targeted campaigns, smart segmentation, and website optimizations.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and manage targeted email & SMS campaigns
• Build and optimize loyalty and subscription programs
• Use segmentation to create personalized, data-driven messaging
• Improve website conversion funnels, landing pages, and checkout flows
• Analyze KPIs (CLTV, AOV, retention, conversion rate) and optimize accordingly

Who You Are

We’re not focused on titles or years of experience. If you:

✔️ Enjoy working with data and customer insights

✔️ Understand customer journeys and lifecycle marketing

✔️ Have hands-on experience with tools like Klaviyo, Yotpo
