We're looking for a visionary sales leader to blaze the trail.
The Opportunity:
This is a truly unique opportunity to be the first dedicated enterprise sales hire at a company poised to disrupt the global language learning market. You will be instrumental in shaping our B2B strategy and directly influencing our company's trajectory. This isn't just a job; it's a chance to build something extraordinary.
Your Mission:
As our Senior Account Executive, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a winning sales strategy targeting mid-market and enterprise clients. You will be a key voice, partnering with product and engineering teams to ensure we meet the evolving needs of businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and implement a scalable enterprise sales strategy.
- Masterfully navigate the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing complex deals.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in HR, L&D, and corporate training departments.
- Provide crucial market insights to inform product development.
- Represent us at industry events, showcasing our innovative solution and generating excitement.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of successful, full-cycle SaaS sales experience in a Senior Account Executive role, with a proven track record of exceeding targets in a hunter role (2+ years).
- Deep experience selling L&D or HR tech solutions to enterprise clients. Experience with complex, longer sales cycles is a must.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills; you can translate complex concepts into compelling narratives.
- Proficiency in sales technology (Salesforce, Gong, Salesloft, etc.) and a willingness to mentor others.
- A passion for innovative technology and a desire to be part of a dynamic, fast-growing company. Experience in early-stage startups is a plus.
- Fluency in English (additional languages a significant bonus!).
- Willingness to travel (domestic and potentially international).
