Are you in?

We are developing hardware for fitness machines, with our team responsible for all electronics, focusing on the development of servo motor drivers. We take projects from concept to design, testing, and production, ensuring high-quality and efficient solutions.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Design servo motor inverters, including power stage, control, and communication interfaces.
• Develop schematics and PCB layouts (Altium preferred).
• Take hardware projects from concept to mass production, including prototyping and validation.
• Perform lab testing, debugging, and validation using oscilloscopes, power analyzers, and other lab equipment.
• Ensure designs comply with CE and UL regulations (experience in CE/RE lab testing and EMI filter tuning is a plus).
• Work with cross-functional teams (firmware, mechanical, and production).
• Design and validate control loops (experience in control theory and motor control algorithms is an advantage).

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in power electronics design.
• Experience in servo motor inverters / motor drivers.
• Hands-on experience with lab testing and debugging tools.
• Knowledge of CE and UL regulations (compliance experience is a plus).
• Understanding of control theory and loop design (advantage).
• Motor control experience (advantage).
• Proficiency in Altium Designer (advantage).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
