Job Description

We are looking for an experienced TPM (Technical Product Manager) to join our CTO Infrastructure Team.

In this role, you will lead complex, cross-functional projects while driving product development and delivery. This position requires a deep technical understanding, strong program management capabilities, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable development plans.

Work at the company's offices on-site in Petah Tikva, Kiryat Arie.

Required Professional Qualifications (Education, Experience)

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management and/or product ownership roles.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects in an Agile environment.
• Extensive experience in E2E project management, including development of schedules, budget management, and resource allocation.
• Strong technical background with knowledge of software development processes (SDLC) and tools.
• Expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and program management tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Past experience as a software developer is a significant advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  
  

• Define and communicate the roadmap, milestones, and priorities.
• Define program scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed program plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate across teams (engineering and business units) to ensure timely delivery, and work closely with developers to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Manage interdependencies and resolve blockers affecting program execution.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks.
• Escalate critical issues to stakeholders with actionable recommendations.
• Track project progress using KPIs and milestones.
• Deliver concise and transparent updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring user stories are well-defined and actionable.
• Align product strategy with business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Partner with engineering teams to make informed decisions on architecture, design, and implementation.
• Balance technical constraints with business goals to deliver optimal solutions.
