Vi is looking for a strategic and driven FP&A to oversee FP&A, customer agreements, revenue operations, and legal compliance. This pivotal role requires accurate financial planning, smooth contract execution, and billing efficiency, and works closely with sales, legal, customer success, and accounting.

Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Forecasting

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and forecasting processes across the P&L
• Update and maintain financial models (ARR, revenue, Margins, OPEX, headcount)
• Track and explain variance analysis: actuals vs. plan
  
  

• Analyze and report on key SaaS metrics: ARR, CAC, LTV, Payback, Magic Number, NRR
• Develop dashboards, board slides, and KPI summaries for internal and external stakeholders
• Perform scenario modeling for pricing, headcount plans, and strategic initiatives
  
  

• Collaborate with teams to align financial plans with operational goals
• Support ad hoc analyses to evaluate ROI, performance trends, and growth levers
• Provide financial input into go-to-market, product expansion, TAM/SOM, and resource allocation decisions
  
  

• Work closely with Accounting for month-end close alignment and data accuracy
• Improve automation of reporting and workflows
  
  

• 2+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst in the high-tech industry or ventures
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with Netsuite, Salesforce, and FP&A tools
