What you'll be doing:

• Drive new business pipeline through creative outbound prospecting—calls, emails, social touches, you name it
• Run discovery calls to understand pain points and tee up meetings for our Sales team
• Leverage tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Zoho, and Cloudtalk to target the right prospects
• Partner with the sales team to brainstorm strategies and craft messaging that gets responses
• Keep your leads organized and moving forward in Zoho CRM

What we’re looking for:

• Native-level English skills required
• 2+ years of experience in an SDR role
• Proven ability to uncover and act on new business opportunities
• Bonus points if you've worked with SAP or ERP solutions
• Fearless on cold calls and great at building rapport
• Experience with Zoho is a plus
• Motivated, curious, and a team player who brings positive energy
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
• Comfortable working remotely during US business hours
