Development Team Manager

NESS is looking for a Development Team Manager.

The role includes management and leadership of the development center, including testing and implementing innovative technological solutions, leading cross-functional projects and budget management.

In addition, management and planning of work plans, development and management of integration processes and working with many business and technological entities.

Full-time position, in the central region.

Job Requirements:

Over 6 years of experience in recruiting and managing multiple development teams - required.

Extensive experience in one of the following development languages: C#, Node.Js, .Net.core, Angular, React, Java - required.

Extensive experience in development and architecture with an emphasis on MicroServices and cloud environments - required.

Experience in application and implementation of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions - required.
