Social + Content Lead (Education, AI, Parenting Focus)

We’re building the Duolingo for kids building good habits.

Think: practicing English, doing math, learning how to clean your room, getting better at sharing with a sibling, or learning a bedtime prayer. Sprout helps kids build real-world skills—and gives parents something better than endless nagging or screen battles.

We’re building a creator community as wide as parenting itself: tutors, therapists, ADHD coaches, religious educators, speech pathologists, homeschoolers, and creative parents making great stuff for their kids. Your job is to help us grow it—by making content, running the community, and getting more great people involved.

What You’ll Do

• Run Sprout’s social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X)

• Make short-form videos, posts, memes, walkthroughs, and creator spotlights

• Create content in our platform—tasks, stories, challenges, behavior rewards, etc.

• Manage and grow the Sprout Discord—daily posts, events, moderation, energy

• DM 50–100 creators per day and get them into real conversations with us

• Book meetings with educators, parenting creators, coaches, and other contributors

• Help onboard new creators and make sure their first Sprout content lands well

• Use our internal AI tools to test and refine content ideas

• Work directly with the founder to drive growth and shape the creator experience

You’re a Fit If…

• You’ve worked with kids or parents—tutor, teacher, coach, therapist, etc.

• You can make short-form videos, ideally with you on camera

• You can post fast—memes, edits, voiceovers, trends—without overthinking it

• You know how to manage a Discord server and keep a community active

• You’re totally comfortable sending 50–100 smart DMs per day

• You’ve used tools like ChatGPT to brainstorm, write, or edit content

• You take ownership, move quickly, and figure stuff out as you go
