A global project company with a family-like atmosphere is looking for a Personal Assistant to the CEO

• Be the CEO’s right (and left!) hand: providing close support with diverse ongoing business tasks.
• Manage the CEO’s calendar like a Swiss watch: scheduling meetings with local and international contacts.
• Keep the office running smoothly and with a smile: overseeing office appearance, ordering supplies and refreshments, handling mail and deliveries.
• Be our point of contact with top suppliers abroad: sourcing new suppliers overseas, maintaining regular contact with existing ones, managing calls and correspondence in fluent English, and coordinating virtual or in-person meetings.
• Take care of everything behind the scenes: filing documents, handling insurances and claims in coordination with the legal advisor.

Part-time position:

Sunday–Thursday, 8:00–14:00

What you should bring to the table:

• Fluent Hebrew and very high-level English – both spoken and written – required
• Previous experience in a similar role – required
• Previous experience communicating with international suppliers – required
