Data Engineer

A Leading Organization in Central Israel is Looking for a Data Engineer!

What You’ll Do:

Develop and maintain advanced data infrastructures, Stream, and ETL processes.

Integrate systems and optimize data processing performance.

Build and maintain complex ETL workflows using Apache NiFi and Apache Spark.

Work with Apache Flink for real-time data processing.

Manage and refine data using ElasticSearch.

Write complex queries and optimize relational and non-relational databases.

Develop data solutions and write code in Python.

Collaborate with BI, Data Science, and system development teams.

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, with expertise in:

Apache Spark / Apache NiFi / Apache Flink.

Significant experience in Python for data processing and building Data Flows.

Deep understanding of Big Data architecture and its challenges.

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience with ElasticSearch (queries, optimization, index management).

Proficiency in MongoDB and writing Aggregation Pipelines.

Complex SQL query writing and performance optimization.

Familiarity with Cloudera CDP, Kafka, OpenShift, Micro-Services, and AI modules.

Knowledge of BI tools like SSAS, Data Stage, and configuration management tools.
