Now hiring Field Quality Assurance Specialist!

This is an excellent opportunity to join a key role in our quality department, with responsibility for overseeing production, packaging, and warehouse processes at the factory while maintaining high standards of quality and control. The position includes guiding and leading various teams and directly contributing to the continuous improvement of critical processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ongoing supervision of production, packaging, and warehouse processes with a focus on quality aspects.
• Training and overseeing cGMP processes in production, packaging, and warehouse facilities.
• Initiating, executing, and monitoring quality improvement projects with different company interfaces.
• Approving critical points in the production process.
• Supporting and addressing deviations in production, packaging, and warehousing, including providing quality guidance.
• Providing instructions and support for continued work in case of deviations, as well as writing investigations.
• Collecting information and drafting risk management documents related to quality.
• Supporting internal and external audits.
• Managing material release processes, handling quarantined items in the M3 system.
• Conducting periodic observations in various production and packaging areas, managing employee training.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in scientific fields: Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or Biomedical Sciences, or a chemical/biotechnology practical engineer certificate - required.
• Experience in quality work in biopharmaceutical companies – a significant advantage.
• Ability to work independently, attention to detail, and multitask management.
• Experience in a production environment and working under pressure.
