Role Description

This is a full-time Salesforce Implementer role with a hybrid work arrangement. The Salesforce Implementer will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce solutions to align with our financial clients' specific business requirements. This includes in-depth documentation of business processes and providing comprehensive training to end-users on the implemented Salesforce solution. The role involves configuring, rigorously testing, deploying, and ensuring the ongoing maintenance of Salesforce environments. The Salesforce Implementer will also stay informed about new Salesforce releases and emerging technologies to leverage them effectively. We are seeking a proactive individual who can independently identify and resolve Salesforce-related issues.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Salesforce implementation projects.
• Experience working with various Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to document business requirements, create user stories and requirements specifications, and effectively manage project tasks.
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within team settings and across different functional groups.
