Key Responsibilities:

• Tasks control in the Fieldin system: Daily monitoring of the real-time data and information received from Fieldin’s customers into the system.
• Identify, analyze and solve problems in real-time. Reporting to relevant departments about various matters.
• Provide technical support for the Success Managers
• Assist the on-boarding of new customers in the system
• Generate special reports based on existing data

Requirements:

• A strong scientific or technological background is required. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in agriculture or biology.
• experience in preparing detailed reports, analyzing data, and creating presentations.
• Technological orientation
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Attention to details and thorough
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office- Especially Excel
• Experience working with customers
• Good spoken and written English
