Support Technician

We are hiring an Onsite Support Technician for an international company located in Kiryat Gat.

Job Description:

• Manage and handle IT incidents and service requests according to SLA standards.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to Windows, Active Directory, Office 365, and VPN.
• Collaborate with L3 support teams and other global teams in English.
• Install, upgrade, and maintain printers, IT hardware, and network systems.
• Manage user accounts in Active Directory and Office 365.
• Provide technical support to employees and train users on proper system usage.
• Work with Citrix, VDI, and MDM for enterprise device management.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in Technical Support / Helpdesk / IT – Mandatory.
• Excellent knowledge of Windows, Office 365, and VPN environments.
• Knowledge of Azure Cloud, networking, and communication hardware – a significant advantage.
• Experience working with Ticketing Systems.
• Strong customer service orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, and a team player.
• High-level English – required.
