Role Description
The Abba Eban Institute is seeking a Project Coordinator for a time-limited initiative. This is a hybrid, temporary position based in Herzliya, with partial remote work. The Project Coordinator will support the Executive Director in successfully implementing the initiative, and will be responsible for coordinating project activities, managing timelines and resources, and ensuring effective execution of the project.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated project coordination, time management, and excellent organisational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Professionalism, presentability, and a high standard of interpersonal conduct.
- High level of English AND Hebrew – both spoken and written – is a must.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant project management tools.
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement) in Government Studies, International Relations, Political Science, Law, Communications, or similar related fields; candidates with a Master’s degree are also welcome to apply.
- Experience with diplomatic or international relations projects is an advantage.
