Type: Full-time, On-site

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and refine advanced prompt strategies for creating effective and efficient interactions with AI language models.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, AI engineers, UX/UI designers, and end-users to optimize model performance and user experience.
• Systematically test and evaluate prompt performance, iteratively improving accuracy, creativity, and reliability.
• Document prompt development processes, guidelines, and best practices for internal training and knowledge sharing.
• Stay current on the latest advancements in AI language models, NLP research, and industry trends to continuously innovate prompting techniques.
• Support product development through rapid prototyping and experimentation with various prompting strategies.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure prompt design aligns with BYO Inc.'s values of democratizing intelligence, enabling self-expression, and user-centered innovation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in prompt engineering or natural language processing, preferably with language model platforms or AI-driven solutions.
• Strong understanding of NLP techniques, language model architectures, and prompt optimization methods.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data to enhance prompt performance.
• Familiarity with AI practices and awareness of bias mitigation in language models.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of clearly articulating ideas, processes, and results to diverse teams.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt quickly in a dynamic, innovative startup environment.
• Experience in Python scripting, API interactions, and familiarity with no-code platforms is a significant advantage.
• Strong proficiency or native-level fluency in English.

Preferred:

• Background in computational linguistics, computer science, data science, or related fields.
• Previous experience working within startups or innovative tech companies.
