Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Software and Algorithms Team Leader. The primary responsibilities include leading and mentoring a team of software engineers and algorithm developers, overseeing the design and development of software and algorithms, and ensuring project milestones and deadlines are met. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align project goals and objectives. This is a hybrid role, located in Yoqneam Illit.

Qualifications

• Experience in software development, proficiency in programming languages such as Python
• Expertise in algorithm development and optimization, including knowledge of machine learning and data analysis techniques
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members
• Excellent project management skills, with experience in agile methodologies and managing development cycles
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant experience in the robotic or automation industry is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
