• B.S. degree, preferably in a scientific or technical engineering discipline or related work experience. 
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry.      
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Proficiency with PC computer and Microsoft Office software.
• Technical knowledge and skills.
• Fluent in English reading and writing.
• Project management skills.
• Organization and efficiency.
• Problem solving skills.
• Communication & Teamworking skills.
• May require traveling abroad.

• Develop manufacturing processes in collaboration with CDMO’s 
• Overseeing technological transfer from R&D to production scale 
• Lead project multidisciplinary team (development, regulatory, operation, quality etc.) 
• Planning and organizing production schedules
• Creating internal forecast & planning
• Assessing project and resource requirements
• Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budget and timelines with suppliers and external parties
• Establish process flow for release & supply all components (pharma, devices, laboratories, packaging materials etc.)
• Managing inventory
• Working closely with various CDMO's (Pharma & Devices)
