We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated QA Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in quality assurance processes, excellent documentation skills, and a solid understanding of SQL. This role involves ensuring the quality and reliability of our products by meticulously designing, executing, and documenting test plans and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain QA documentation, including STD (Software Test Description), STP (Software Test Plan), STS (Software Test Specification), and STR (Software Test Report).
• Design and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure product functionality and performance.
• Perform manual testing to identify, document, and track bugs and defects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Write and execute SQL queries to validate and analyze data.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2 years of experience in quality assurance.
• Proven experience in creating and managing QA documentation (STD, STP, STS, STR).
• Solid knowledge of SQL and experience in writing queries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
