Senior Data Analyst

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join as a founding team member of our data analytics function. This is a high-impact opportunity to work across the entire business, driving data insights across go-to-market, product, marketing, and finance. Responsibilities:

• Be a key player in establishing Guardz's data analytics function, laying the foundation for scalable insights.
• Collaborate with business, finance, product, and marketing teams to turn raw data into actionable insights.
• Work with industry-leading databases, visualization tools and transformation technologies to optimize data workflows.
• Write and optimize python scripts and SQL queries to extract, analyze, and visualize business-critical data.
• Contribute to data infrastructure development, working with DBT (if applicable) and Python for data processing.
• Help define key business metrics and ensure data consistency across teams.
  
  

• High proficiency in SQL – must have.
• Experience building dashboards using Looker, Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar – must have.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills – must have.
• Basic Python skills for data manipulation – must have.
• Experience with DBT – a strong advantage.
• 3-5+ years in a data role at an SMB-focused SaaS company – a plus.
• Experience in cybersecurity – a plus.
• BA/BSc in a technical or research-oriented field – nice to have.
