Job Description

Talented data engineer with strong background in media (audio\voice\video) and text, media-oriented ETL pipelines for a full-time job in Israel (center) under the media technology group.

You will have a pivotal role in the development and implementation of our next level data platform, aimed at supporting the research and development of new AI based products for extracting insights from conversations, meetings, and chats.

Responsibilities

· Responsible for defining and implementing media-oriented ETL pipelines for multi-lingual textual and audio\video corpuses.

· Capable of vertical work from problem definition to product implementation.

· Ability to work under pressure in both individual and teamwork.

· Excellent interpersonal skills

Requirements

Education

· B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Computer science / Data Engineering / Physics

· Graduated with honors from a well-known university

· GPA > 90

Requirements

· Minimum 4 years of experience in data engineering ETL pipelines development focused on text processing.

· Strong background with Python programming

· AWS cloud services: EC2, S3, RDS, EMR, Lambda, Message Queue.

· SQL - MySQL \ PostgreSQL, NoSQL – MongoDB \ DynamoDB

· Linux native and container knowledge

· Git and CI\CD, preferably Jenkins & Gerrit

· Well versed in MPP solutions, preferably OSS or AWS managed
