Position Overview:

We are looking for a strategic, hands-on, and people-oriented HR Business Partner to join our HR team and support the Product and Technology units – including R&D, Product Management, and UX.

This is a temporary role for a minimum of 8 months, with the potential for extension depending on business needs.

This is a high-visibility role with the opportunity to influence organizational culture, collaborate with senior leadership, and drive full-cycle HR processes in a fast-paced, global environment.

What You’ll Do:

Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees in the Product and Technology departments
Lead and execute key HR processes, including performance reviews, employee engagement surveys, leadership development, internal communications, and more
Provide strategic and operational HR guidance aligned with business objectives
Identify organizational challenges and recommend effective, tailored HR solutions
Collaborate with global HR colleagues and lead or contribute to cross-functional HR initiatives.

What You Bring:

3–4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner (or similar role) in a global, matrixed organization
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Prior experience supporting tech and product teams (e.g., R&D, Product, UX) – a strong advantage
High-level proficiency in English – both spoken and written
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships
Proven experience in organizational development, change management, and employee engagement
Strong problem-solving, coaching, and consulting abilities
Solid understanding of labor laws and employee relations best practices
Ability to work independently, manage multiple stakeholders, and succeed in a dynamic environment.
