We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to optimize HR processes, maintain SAP SuccessFactors, and support employee lifecycle activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
- Maintain SAP SuccessFactors with accurate employee records.
- Coordinate with payroll for timely processing.
- Generate HR reports and analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 2+ years in HR operations or another HR role- – advantage
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors – advantage.
- Fluent English – mandatory.
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
