Guesty is looking for an experienced People Partner to join our people team, and partner with our R&D and Product organizations at our HQ in TLV.

As a People Partner, you will work closely with leaders and managers across R&D and Product, acting as a trusted advisor on people, organizational, and leadership matters. You will help leaders build high-performing teams, navigate organizational changes, develop and retain talent, and create an environment where employees can do their best work.

This is a hands-on and impactful role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, global environment and can balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution.

• Partner closely with leaders and managers across R&D and Product, providing trusted, practical, and business-oriented guidance on people and organizational matters.
• Coach and advise managers at all levels on leadership, team effectiveness, employee engagement, performance, and complex people situations.
• Lead and support key people processes, including performance management, talent planning, career development, retention, compensation, and organizational planning.
• Partner with leaders on organizational changes and evolving business needs, helping teams navigate change effectively while maintaining engagement and performance.
• Identify development opportunities for employees and managers and support the creation of meaningful growth and career plans.
• Use people data and organizational insights to identify trends, surface opportunities and risks, and support data-informed decision-making.
• Act as a trusted partner on employee relations matters, policies, and Israeli labor law, collaborating closely with Legal, Payroll, and other People functions.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to support strong hiring decisions and ensure a positive onboarding experience.
• Collaborate with the broader People team on cross-functional and global initiatives that strengthen our culture and employee experience.

• 5+ years of experience as a People Partner / HRBP in a high-tech environment.
• Proven experience partnering with R&D and Product organizations in a global, fast-paced company. 
• Strong business acumen and the ability to understand business priorities and translate them into effective people strategies and solutions.
• Proven experience coaching and advising managers at different levels, including senior leaders, on leadership, performance, talent, and organizational matters.
• Hands-on experience with core people processes, including performance management, talent planning, employee development, retention, compensation, and organizational change.
• Strong knowledge of Israeli employment law and employee relations practices.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to use people data and insights to identify trends and support decision-making.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and navigate complex situations.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a dynamic and changing environment.
• Fluent English – a must.
