The Role:

• Technical Execution- oversee the development of scalable frontend systems.
• Drive the adoption of best practices.
• Collaboration & Project Management – partner with internal teams and manage resources to meet timelines.
• Leadership & Team Development - Inspire and mentor a team of Frontend engineers. As well as recruit top engineering talent.

We need a technical leader who can provide direction and mentor a team of experienced engineers.

Experience Required

• 8+ years of hands-on frontend development experience with frameworks like React, Angular or Vue.
• 5+ years experience managing engineering teams of 4 or more developers.
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies.
• Strong full-stack development knowledge.
• Exceptional communication, mentoring and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• BONUS- start-up experience in a high-growth environment.
