VP Sales - Retail JB-4160

The role includes:

Direct management of the sales system, including field agents nationwide and management of sales support

Building an annual work plan, project management, tenders

Building quantitative and qualitative knowledge, including a reward mechanism for agents and strategic customers

Customer credit obligations and terms - responsibility for collection and compliance with customer credit terms.

Performing market research, trends, competitors, business intelligence

Customer retention - building and developing to recruit new customers, managing negotiations with strategic customers - opinion leaders and closing framework agreements in large volumes, along with nurturing and managing crises.

Direct responsibility for product pricing, price lists, product mix, promotions, Assumptions

Identifying business opportunities, business development, creating collaborations, expanding the product mix.

Experience as a VP of Sales in the manufacturing, retail, institutional sectors - a significant advantage!

Proven experience in leading and managing sales teams

Experience in managing and working with strategic customers.

Proven experience working with distributors, marketers, wholesalers - a must

Ability to analyze data, produce reports and present them to company management.

Experience in the marketing field"
