We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Social Media Strategist to own and evolve Cyera’s social media presence. In this role, you’ll develop and execute data-driven social media strategies that align with our business goals and brand narrative. You’ll manage our social channels, help shape content direction, and collaborate with cross-functional teams—from creative and content to paid media and go-to-market—to execute integrated campaigns that drive measurable impact.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement social media strategies that align with Cyera’s brand, audience, and business goals.
• Manage day-to-day operations of Cyera’s social channels (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, and more).
• Build and maintain a content calendar to support consistent, high-quality storytelling and campaign support.
• Collaborate with content creators, brand designers, and the comms team to ensure brand-aligned messaging and visuals.
• Coordinate with paid media managers to align organic and paid strategies for maximum impact.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs to track performance and inform future campaigns.
• Stay current with trends in social media, B2B marketing, and cybersecurity to keep Cyera ahead of the curve.
• Provide social media support for product launches, campaigns, and key company initiatives.
• Use insights and analytics to continuously optimize content performance and engagement.
  
  

• 5+ years of experience in social media strategy and management, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
• Proven ability to create and execute data-driven social strategies that drive engagement and awareness.
• Strong writing, editing, and creative thinking skills with a sharp eye for detail and tone.
• Comfortable working with analytics platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Insights, Google Analytics) and social tools (e.g., Sprout Social).
• Experience working cross-functionally with paid media, design, content, and marketing teams.

• Experience working in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.
• Background in brand building or campaign storytelling in complex B2B markets.
