We are hiring a Technical Support Specialist for a government organization in Jerusalem.

Responsibilities:

-Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users within the organization

-Manage and maintain knowledge bases to ensure efficient and accessible solutions

-Assist in training and supporting staff on the use of technology tools and systems

-Analyze and interpret technical issues, resolving them in a timely and effective manner

Requirements:

One year of experience as a Technical Support Specialist
Experience in managing knowledge bases
Experience working in large organizations, with an emphasis on the government or healthcare sectors - an advantage
Experience working with Excel and analyzing statistical reports - an advantage
