LeddarTech develops AI-driven sensor fusion and perception software for ADAS, autonomous driving, and smart parking. Our LeddarVision™ software creates precise 3D environmental models to enhance safety and navigation.

YOUR MISSION

Lead and scale the Data Engineering & DevOps teams, driving data infrastructure, automation, and deployment pipelines for our AI perception solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Strategy
• Define and execute Data Engineering & DevOps strategy
• Optimize infrastructure, data pipelines, and automation
• Team Management
• Lead and mentor two Data Engineering teams and one DevOps team
• Provide hands-on technical guidance as needed
• Collaboration
• Work closely with AI, Perception, and Software teams
• Align with Product, IT, and Engineering on technical needs
  
  

The ideal candidate for this role will have

• 5+ years in a leadership role within data engineering
• DevOps leadership – Strong advantage
• Experience in regulated industries (automotive, medical, avionics) – Advantage
• B.Sc. in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Cloud expertise (GCP preferred)
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and large-scale data architectures
• Experience with high-availability, real-time processing systems
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and mentoring skills
• Ability to translate technical challenges into business solutions
